Leveraging deep industry experience and academic resources, the company has built a robust "industry-academia-research-application" integrated R&D system. The company has rapidly launched a number of proprietary products, including fiber optic online monitors, 4-in-1 integrated optical cable online monitoring devices, fiber core digitalization solutions (fiber finders and fiber vibrators), distributed fiber optic acoustic sensing equipment, and dark resource management software platforms. Algorithm Engineer

Join our team
Responsibilities:
  1. 1. Design physical-layer signal algorithms for optical links and improve link signal quality.
  2. 2. Analyze sensing data, including parallel big-data processing and feature extraction algorithms.
  3. 3. Support on-site issue diagnosis, data analysis, and product improvement.
Requirements:
  1. 1. Master degree in physics, mathematics, optics, or a related field.
  2. 2. 5+ years of experience in algorithm design and data analysis, with solid DSP fundamentals and programming skills.
  3. 3. Experience with sensing systems is preferred.
  4. 4. Responsible, collaborative, and able to communicate technical topics clearly.
  5. 5. Preferred: Experience in low-level signal modulation/demodulation algorithm design for optical communications (including fiber sensing, LiDAR, optical instruments), wireless communications (including radar, microwave, ultrasound), etc.

Senior Hardware Engineer

Responsibilities:
  1. 1. Analyze and calculate circuit module performance and functionality based on system requirements, and write hardware module development requirement documents.
  2. 2. Based on module requirement documents, develop hardware circuit solutions for company products, including schematic design, PCB layout, and debugging.
  3. 3. Work with system, embedded, and FPGA teams on system integration and debugging.
  4. 4. Responsible for writing and producing module development documentation.
Requirements:
  1. 1. Master degree preferred, outstanding undergraduate candidates considered, major in communications, electronic information, optical information, automation, or a related field.
  2. 2. 5-10 years of work experience, familiar with digital or analog circuits, with experience leading instrument product development projects, and capable of independent design and development.
  3. 3. Able to read English technical documentation effectively; CET6 certification is preferred.
  4. 4. Outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and ability to handle pressure.
  5. 5. Strong desire for knowledge and self-directed learning.
  6. 6. Knowledge of sensing technologies is preferred.

Senior Embedded Engineer

Responsibilities:
  1. 1. Prepare embedded development plans, evaluate hardware resources, and develop embedded software based on system requirements.
  2. 2. Define key technical approaches and functional solutions for embedded software projects.
  3. 3. Complete coding, debugging, and testing based on design documents or requirements to support stable product delivery.
Requirements:
  1. 1. 5+ years of experience in end-to-end embedded software system design and development is required; full-time bachelor degree or above, master degree preferred.
  2. 2. Experience developing ESP32-based IoT devices is preferred.
  3. 3. Proficient with Cortex or x86 CPU families, with complete CPU module development experience.
  4. 4. Expertise in Linux or Windows driver and application development is required; full-stack development experience is preferred.
  5. 5. Able to read English technical documentation, with strong learning ability and clear logical thinking.

FPGA Engineer

Responsibilities:
  1. 1. Develop FPGA logic and perform board-level debugging for company products, while supporting system debugging, functional debugging, specification testing, and documentation for R&D projects.
  2. 2. Simulate and implement digital signal processing algorithms for company products.
  3. 3. Simulate and implement machine-learning-related algorithms for company products.
Requirements:
  1. 1. Bachelor degree or above from a Double First-Class university, master degree preferred, in electronic engineering, computer science, automatic control, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
  2. 2. Required: solid understanding of digital signal processing fundamentals and ability to use Matlab for DSP algorithm simulation.
  3. 3. Preferred: familiarity with common machine learning algorithms and at least one deep learning framework such as Pytorch or Tensorflow.
  4. 4. Familiar with hardware description languages and equipped with basic FPGA application development capabilities.

Channel Sales Director

Responsibilities:
  1. 1. Own sales and promotion of the company's communications products and solutions, execute marketing strategies, and ensure market sales targets are met.
  2. 2. Lead regional market development for mobile, Unicom, telecom operators, power customers such as China Southern Power Grid and State Grid, pipeline networks, railways, and related industries, driving project negotiation, execution, and delivery.
  3. 3. Maintain strong customer relationships, identify cooperation opportunities, and regularly track and evaluate projects and customers to support stable, long-term collaboration.
  4. 4. Develop regional agents, support and manage existing agents, and promote healthy growth of agent business.
  5. 5. Collect and analyze regional market information, report to the company regularly, and provide valuable recommendations for precise and effective marketing strategies.
Requirements:
  1. 1. Associate degree or above, with 5+ years of sales experience in operators or government and enterprise markets.
  2. 2. Familiar with operator business processes, with a solid technical foundation and the ability to act as a technical sales representative explaining company solutions.
  3. 3. Customer resources in communications, power, pipeline networks, transportation, related equipment manufacturers, or system integrators are preferred.
  4. 4. Adaptable, driven, passionate about work, and strongly collaborative.
  5. 5. R&D experience is preferred.
